Terms & Conditions

Payment and cancellation.

All payments must be paid by card over the phone, online or via app when making your booking. If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque, 1 week prior to travel the payment must be cleared.

Full payment for return journey must be paid on the day of booking the outbound journey, which is none refundable if you cancel the return journey or do not show within the 10 minutes maximum time we allow before leaving.

 All pre-paid bookings must be cancelled with a minimum of 24hrs notice to be subject to a full refund, minus a 10% handling fee. Any journey cancelled with a minimum of 12hrs notice are subject to 50% refund minus a 10% handling fee. Any journey cancelled with less than 12hrs notice is NON refundable.

 All journeys outside of our town or district must be paid in advance and terms and conditions above apply. Please note times may not be changed without sufficient notice.  

Airport transfers. 

On your return we hold our drivers back for the given time requested or landing time and will only enter the car park at that time given for all meet and greet clients, we shall then meet you at arrivals with a name board.  

You can also call the office on 01823 42 88 44 if you come through arrivals early or if you are unable find your driver.  

All express drop off and express pick up collections (where available) charges may apply if applicable. On your return if express pick up is booked then once you have collected your luggage from baggage please call the office on 01823 42 88 44 to let them know you are on your way to your collection point and the driver will be sent into the collection point.  

All parking charges are applicable to the customer. This charge will be taken at the end of the return journey. 

We give approximately 1 hour waiting time included from your chosen time, any time over this hour then waiting charges will apply of £20 per hour. We track all flights so if your flight is delayed you do not have to worry we will arrive at the time of the flight landing which still allows you one hour.

Covid-19 rules.

All passengers must wear a face mask throughout the journey or you will be refused travel with us. If you have a valid medical exemption this must be shown to the driver prior to entering the taxi.

Hand sanitiser is available upon request.

If yourself or anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of Covid 19 please ring our office (01823) 428844 to cancel your booking.

Prior to your journey all details in accordance with the government's guidelines will be collated for Track and Trace, unless you advise us differently at the time of your booking.
